rainy last day in capital of germany

The third day was our last in Berlin.
We decided to spend it in the most touristy way possible and take a walk to the Brandenburg Gate.

The weather has not been kind to us - it rained from time to time.
I love how art is present everywhere in Belin. Sneakers hanging in the middle of the city? No big deal.
Suprisingly it was really easy to get to, so we didn't end up lost.

This is exactly how I remembered this city - constantly renovating/building something.
We went to a souvenir shop and found everything overpriced. That didn't stop us before buying a few things.
Postcards, maps, albums - the shops have everything your touristy soul might need.
After twenty-something minutes walk we got to the square.
And there it was in its whole glory - Brandenburg Gate.   There was some sort of music festival going on in Berlin - stages were disposed all over the city. Unfortunately we didn't have time to attend any of the gigs, because we were leaving
in about four hours and we still needed to run few errands.
